Art Description

Drawing: Pen and Ink

I began with John Cage’s believe that anarchy is the highest form of social organization - individuals in the politically empty space of his ideal "no-government". Cage insisted upon that “There is no such thing as silence“ . The realization of the impossibility of silence led to the notorious piece 4’33’’. Cage himself refers to it as to his "silent piece".
