About The Artwork
I was covering a class one day and kept busy drawing this beetle. I'm not sure why we have such connections to colorful, large beetles, but I find them fascinating and love to put them in my work. The medium was dictated by what I had lying around. Some of the new gel pens, although not designed for fine line, work splendidly.
