THE THREE FATES..NO.1. Drawing

Two of the three Goddesses, are seen here working furiously on the loom depicting the destinies of all men, women and children. Even the Gods and Goddesses are not immune to the vagaries of their fates by these three old women. Clotho, the spinner, is madly weaving the threads, seemingly in pace with her frenetic thought processes. As fast as Lachesis, the allotter, is dispensing the string of life, Clotho yanks and creates her version of how one is expected to live their life. Tension has been known to mount when Lachesis barely has time to spin and comb. However, too often they've been heard cackling when under duress. The story of this particular life, has to unfold before the inflexible, Atropos appears to cut the thread, thus determining the moment of death.
