'Red Mountain' 12/03/2024 63.5W 67.31H Red Mountain was not painted remembering any particular Mountain.. it is just a view from my dream of mountains. When I was about to give up my life Mountain Saved me and Mountains and Mother Nature gave me a new purpose to live my life. From that time to now I really respect mountains and I have evergreen desire within my soul to come back to mountains which are my soulmates. I've been continuously having dreams about mountains in different forms. So Red Mountain is just a part of those dreams. In my dream the mountain was red in colour and had several golden spot on it as if it is calling for a new adventure. That's the concept that inspired me to paint this one. Red Mountain is a work of mixed media. I used gesso, acrylic paints, metalic colours and sculpture paste to make this art. It took me approx 6 hours to be done with this one.

I haven't taken formal lessons from any degree program, but I draw inspiration from the vast universe and Mother Nature. I enjoy observing everything around me and often find myself lost in thought. This deep contemplation inspires me to paint. Several years ago, I was in a very troubled state of mind and nearly gave up on life, but a vacation to the mountains rejuvenated me and gave me a new perspective. I see myself not as an artist who creates art on her own, but rather as a survivor who creates art inspired by her journey. Nature, mountains, and emotions are my main sources of inspiration. I particularly love the raw, unblended finish of impressionism, as it allows me to paint my dreams with authenticity and depth. * Life Is Far More Better Than Death..
