In this artwork I wanted to focus the atention on the cheerful tones of a bush, using the bamboo trees as a shaping contrast to the foreground. To achieve the final result I used highly intense colors and highly textured, paint-laden brushstrokes.
The title is taken from a poem by Emily Dickinson, that says,
A Route of Evanescence,
With a revolving Wheel –
A Resonance of Emerald
A Rush of Cochineal –
And every Blossom on the Bush
Adjusts it’s tumbled Head –
The Mail from Tunis – probably,
An easy Morning’s Ride –

About The Artwork

In this oil painting I wanted to blur the boundaries between impressionism and pointillism, offering a vibrant and abstract glimpse of the natural world. At the forefront of this artwork, you'll discover a colorful bush, meticulously created with small vibrant dots reminiscent of the pointillist technique. The vivid blues, greens, and yellows converge to create an explosion of color and life, capturing the essence of a wild and vibrant garden. Behind this burst of color, the tranquil presence of bamboo trunks emerges, their tall forms contrasting with the vivid energy of the foreground. These trunks speak of enduring strength and stability, creating a harmonious balance with the dynamic dots of color before them. The angle at which the scene is portrayed adds an abstract touch, inviting viewers to explore the painting from multiple perspectives. It's a reminder that nature's beauty can be found in unexpected places and angles. I employed a deeply textured surface that invites tactile exploration. The vibrant colors and texture infuse the artwork with a sense of life and movement, making it come alive in every glance. Please Note: Colors depicted may vary on different monitors. If you seek a specific tone or are uncertain about the true colors in any of my paintings, feel free to reach out for additional information. I'm more than happy to provide further details or assistance to ensure your satisfaction.

She is an emerging artist inspired by color and nature, creating works where even the smallest things have their place. She employs classic techniques as watercolor to achieve the immediacy and spontaneity of the medium and oil to create subtle color harmonies, relatively static compositions and simple forms, to make up imaginary, dreamlike landscapes, sometimes as taken from children's books. Following Walter Benjamin’s thoughts, she always tries to give the ‘aura’ to her works, that is, investing an object with human qualities and emotions, where the painting value will come largely from its exclusivity. Her paintings and illustrations hang in private collections around the world.
