I was born in Macomb, Illinois and currently live in Bloomington Illinois. My artistic background includes 25 years of graphic design, acrylic on canvas painting and found object art. I began fine art studies at Miami Dade Community College and majored in fine art at Illinois State University. A large part of his creative process stems from my love of discovering and photographing new places. I design spaces with a simplicity that resonates with a sense of volume, drama, power and many times, humor. There is a luminosity about things. Everywhere there are objects with light and shadow...people pass right by them without noticing all the time. If I can help someone see and appreciate some of this beauty, I feel I've succeeded.
