Mykola Kozlovsky is a Ukrainian contemporary artist who works in non-figurative painting. I present to you painting embodied in modern forms and simplicity. I am inspired by walks in nature, I am interested in the bioworld, space and light. I went outside the door of the house and went a considerable distance, then turned back and saw an interesting motif with field plants and houses in my native village.Where the interesting Heracleum plant grows with characteristic umbrellas In this place, I hastily painted several sketches that are the basis for further work on composition, which means the search for a harmonious environment of the landscape, the selection of forms and colors. This in my understanding means Fine Art. That is, not imitation of nature, but construction. Materials: paper, acrylic, varnish. Twisting into a tube.

Ukraine
Mykola Kozlovsky is a Ukrainian contemporary artist who works in non-figurative painting. Born in 1994 in Stupnytsia village, Lviv region. Now lives and works in Lviv, Ukraine. Art education: icon painter, religious painting. Admiring the landscape from nature. I like to use the principle of three-stage painting in a modern way I was born and raised in a small, beautiful village, surrounded by nature and beautiful landscapes. That's why I mostly paint landscapes in nature. The basis of my art is a harmonious composition, this is a common feature of any painting: from the Renaissance to abstraction. Color has the main importance in my art, I do not copy the colors of nature, but combine colors harmoniously as in nature. I rarely mix colors mechanically, but mix optically, or use pure color. The main source of inspiration for me is sunlight and forms of nature. My abstraction is based on the constant movement and change of matter in space and time. For example: a tree grows from a seed, grows under the influence of sunlight, ground, gravity, air, the tree becomes a whimsical, unpredictable shape This tree is a sign of its time. Then the tree dries up and dies, and becomes food for new plants that will go through the same cycle. This is the fate of all living things. I often observe this in nature, and it is the basis of my abstract perception. And that's why I believe that for me the form is the main thing and the content is secondary. And that's why I consider my paintings close to abstraction, but not pure abstraction. I draw on paper, cardboard, canvas; I use pencils, markers, acrylic, oil. I often combine acrylic and oil.
