The highlight of the quarantine are certainly the trips with my daughter to the Lobau. We jet through the sunny meadow with her special bike, find great locations where the sun glitters on the water, like to sit and listen at the spring and besides chilling there is time for a blog: Body and personality tend to get tight, tense and hard. Especially in functional mode, something seems to pull us on the ears through the day. The old game of forces is more topical than ever … The body armour thunders over all living things. The hard, old crust loses its vitality, is mere repetition and yet threatens to suffocate the new, which is already fresh and clear inside us, ready for a new beginning … It is about freeing ourselves playfully. Something begins to dance within the old form. Something announces itself, with glamour and sweetness and the magic of the newborn reality. It jumps up in the bodies, pedals hard and sails laughing over earthy paths through sun and green …
