In My Fathers Garden Painting

My Dad has a garden in the midst of yellow, barren desert. Although barren jet not desolate. The desert is filled with cunning wind. He invites the slender and giggling sand for a flight. Wind is selfish. He wants to dance all over the yellow desert. Wants to have his ballroom larger and larger, outstanding among the dance floors. The wind knows that the simple sand will join him. He will make her to be part of his sly ways. The wind needs sand badly. Without sand he has no body and no power. The sand is not sly or greedy. She is just light and silly. She does not even realize that she is the one who gives wind his weight and lends him shape. My Dad loves his garden. He does not let the selfish wind creep into his green garden. He raises high brick wall around it. The wall is the barrier between the selfish wind and the deep green trees. The deep green trees inside the garden grow all kinds of fruits. Oranges, lemons, pomegranates and mangoes and still others. My father takes superb care of the trees. He never forgets to water them. The deep green trees like it in my father's garden. They bend their hands full of fruits over his head and keep him humming company. My Dad abides in the garden. He never leaves it. He also does not not pick the fruits of the deep green trees, to exchange them against clinging cash in the cheap market place. He loves to be in his garden. He is there from the dim morning till the evening blackness. He is there to listen to the birds who reside in the rooftops of the green trees. Birds, who finally found a place where all of the green, yellow, orange and red fruits belong to them. Birds, who found the best place to sing their songs. Birds, who found guardian from the selfish, sandy desert wind. They have it well in my father's garden. My father listens and hears the birds sing for him. They singing from gratitude. My father smiles. He loves his garden. And I love my dad.
