Ocean Breeze Painting

Less is more. I left the design of the forms and colors somewhat open to interpretation - it is realism, but not elaborate realism, showing every leaf and shadow. For me, this is one of those moments in life when too much clutter and complexity detracts from the artistic experience. I hope to create an atmosphere that is light and airy, like being at the beach, hearing the waves roll in, and feeling the cool ocean breeze on your face. I'm interested in creating modern works, but for me they also have to have meaning. "Meaning matters more than happiness, especially when it comes to surviving in difficult circumstances.
