About The Artwork
Hans Baldung Grien, a painter of the 16th centrury Germany, was fascinated with the witches. I took some of his etchings, made during the time of the witch hunt, and painted them on large formats, combining them with logans from the feminsit manifestations in Berlin of March 2019, the International women's Day. Part of a sries of large and small formats, watch this space! Female Empowerment, and sexpositive attitude are part of my programme as an artist and activist.
