About The Artwork
Pam, my wife, planted these begonias in a terracotta pot but they are the kind of flowers which hang downwards, so I lifted the pot onto a table in the garden. It’s one of those white metal tables with patterned holes in it. That made a beautiful subject, the red of the hanging flowers with very bluish green colours in the leaves. And behind the begonias were some vertical stems of I don’t know what. Together it all came together rather well I thought.
