From the series "Nature's geometry and symmetry example" No idea how's for you, but for me the geometric art is so beautiful and eye catching, I liked it instantly the first time I have had experience to look at it. I'm not really surprised by that, the nature showcase so many examples of perfect symmetry and geometry, what I'm surprised with, is the fact that the geometric art has had such a late startup in western culture, but most of all that is coined as a total abstract, nonobjective, nonrepresentational. I could easily name those old masters responsible for a such a point of view, but I'm not here to dwell on the past. Beliefs of yesterday is what it is. These days we call things the way they are, even the most hyper realistic painting theoretically we consider as abstract as perfect representation is just elusive, and in such a manner we should look at the total abstract too, as an artist take on the rarest wonders of nature. Hope you enjoy this series I can only imagine the reaction of the first humans when subjected to the utter beauty of a snowflake, a phenomena with lack of understanding, a crystal that represent a perfect hexagonal symmetry, how magical that must have been back in a days when we haven't got any idea of what a symmetry or geometry is, how mind boggling must have been that six fold symmetry beauty when in contact with warm skin transformed into water, a life giving liquid, remarkable! I guess I wont be wrong if I say that my first experience with snow wasn't much different, it is a very distant and blur memory and as far I can reach it, it was purely fun as the science behind it was delivered by my parents. Nevertheless even thought phenomena was explained the experience was still amazing, a knowledge that we're mostly build of that substance was just overwhelming. Now I'm heading towards 40, skin not as firm as used to be, I look at my hands and I see the same pattern all over…beautiful and not surprising. An addition to this artwork I just found a beautiful short movie by Ralph Steiner (1929) H2O https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L1ovPvax9Gk
