About The Artwork

Swan Song 2017 Acrylic on Canvas 36" x 72" A captivating piece, justaposing the grace of a swan with the stark contrast of a vulture and a delicate hummingbird. The soft silver gray tones and purple hues evoke a sense of mystery and contemplation from a royal perspective. Symbolically, it seems to explore themes of beauty, mortality, and the delicate balance between life and death. The swan represents grace and elegance, while the vulture may symbolize the darker aspects of mortality and the passing of time, The hummingbird, with its fleeting presence, could signify the transient nature of life. Overall, the painting invites viewers to ponder the complexities of existence and the interconnectedness of all living beings.
