About The Artwork
I am interested in the silhouette, and the vibrant colors in nature. I generally begin with black paint squeezed from a tiny nozzled decorating bottle. I create a monoprint, of the trees and branches, then I paint layers of color for the sky , surrounding the branches. I am trying to express the spiritual quality of nature through color. This painting is on wood, it is a square, it is not framed.
