I work a full time job and a part-time job along with trying to find time to paint. When I was painting this piece I was thinking about how I'm cutting back on my part time job so that I can paint more and feeling like I might be getting some 'traction' with my art. It feels good, but also scary because art is subjective and often seen as a luxury. There is no guarantee with art income. The painting has some of my favorite palette colors in it.
