About The Artwork
Transformation is inspired by the layers of conception in life that create our reality - one layer informs what goes on in the next layer - you can see and trace the past actions and see the way the whole is a composition that evolves over a series of forms and shapes that tells a story from the beginning to the end. The dragonfly is a symbol of transformation in Native American Cultures. The overall size of the canvas is 48" x 74" so the sides of the are also painted in what is called a gallery wrap. The final size of the artwork mounted on standard heavy duty 1.5" stretcher bars will be 42" x 66". Stretcher bars are not included to keep the shipping simple in a tube. The canvas is shipped rolled in a tube.
