Arranged Marriage, depicts the complicated stories of couples navigating the delicate balance between tradition and personal factors as contradicting elements converge in a symbolic union. The composition blends vibrant colors and delicate lines, mirroring the balance between cultural expectations and individual freedom. The juxtaposition of arranged patterns and free-flowing forms invites viewers to reflect on the complexities and nuances embedded in the concept of arranged marriages, which prompts dialogue on the intersection of tradition and personal mechanism. The work is inspired by the resilience of individuals navigating arranged unions, drawn from both personal experiences and broader cultural narratives. The artwork explains a profound reflection on the viewer's part delving into the intricate dynamics of arranged marriages prompting a genuine contemplation of the universal themes of love, commitment, and the negotiation between tradition and personal choice. I successfully capture the poignant intersection of tradition and individuality, portraying a delicate dance between compositions brought together by societal expectations by bringing together vibrant colors and delicate lines, this mirrors the delicate balance between cultural goals and individual freedom. I chose an acrylic color to allow a rich texture and symbolize the multifaceted nature of relationships. The style used is a blend of cubism and constructivism, which serves to represent the coexistence of tradition and individuality, fostering a visual metaphor for the intricate dance between societal expectations and personal descriptions.
