4'x4' gallery wrapped canvas over hand-built stretchers with panel backing. Wired and ready to hang - no need to frame. Multicultural work rooted in everything from folk to street art. Graphic ornament reads as language. Has a botanical form and energetic expression. Rendered on fresco, paints are worked to give evidence of a nice development and archeology. Modern, bohemian feel. Similar work available for commission. LaChance's works were recently selected by Associate Curator, Kelly Shindler of the Contemporary Art Museum St. Louis for the 119th survey of midwestern painters for New American Paintings. LaChance exhibits in galleries across the United States and is collected world wide. In 2016 she will be in a group exhibition at the Elmhurst Museum of Art and will exhibit at the Evansville Museum of Art, History and Science in 2017.
