Krzysztof Tanajewski was born in 1967 in Olsztyn (Poland). In addition to traditional easel painting, he creates computer graphics, comics and painting works inspired by comics. By experimenting with street art techniques and dieselpunk trends, he's looking for a new meaning of communication, contemporary poetry for the transmission of traditional contents. His creation is inspired by the history of motorization and aviation. Under the influence of the italian futurists and their "Manifesto della aeropittura" he's looking for a contemporary response to their postulates, creating his own "Tanajewski Aeropittura" series. Krzysztof Tanajewski is a co-creator of the "Piękne Klasyki na Warmii (Beautiful classics in Warmia)" bringing together owners and fans of classic motorization. He’s also the author of works inspired by the history of Olsztyn and Warmia and Mazury.
