iPad painting printed on high quality photopaper and mounted on aluminum. Image after historical photograph by Bernard F. Eilers. 21 x 21 cms Imagine a city in winter without electric light, all windows dark. That was Amsterdam in 1900. I am inspired by the idea of adding colour and light to a dark winters'day. Painting on my iPad is what I love to do. The endless variety of colours, the soft edges, the joy of painting with light; it makes me want to paint all the time and everywhere! When satisfied with he image I have it profesionaly printed on UV-protected matte paper and mounted to aluminium. However, if you prefer a different frame, that is entirely possible.
