Expressionist Artist. I capture emotions through images of natural phenomena. I'm sweeping away the despondency with a brush and creating an impression with the energy of color. __________ I always noticed changing and elusive beauty of natural phenomena. Since early years I was interested in painting and used it as implementation tool of imagination in composing magic-augmented reality. I saw original stories in ordinary casual objects, that other people consider insignificant. At one point of my life I lost interest in painting. This happened after I graduated from the art school where I spent 5-year studying quite ingrained and conditional rules of “how to paint and what to paint”. Such statutory approach turned off the flow of “out-of-the-box” ideas and brought neither joy nor satisfaction. I studied art, but not daring to create anything myself. I came back to painting later on after realizing the importance of walking own path. While I was studying at the art school, I discovered my passion to work in expressionism and impressionism styles. Allusive pictures were way more mesmerizing than ones rendered with photographic precision. My goal was to create convention free art, forcing viewer's imagination to work towards the essence of the phenomenon represented in the picture. Therefore I began to paint vivid and colorful landscapes, depicting emotions and impressions, that allowed the viewer to be frozen in them and recall some kind of the intimate memory over and over. My art is for emotionally sensitive people. I get inspired by natural phenomena and, having guided through the prism of my imagination, I capture them on canvas with the help of oil paints, endowing with unreal, magical properties. I pay special attention to the versatility of color, contrast and bright accents. I fill the space of the picture with emotional, dynamic power through dynamic strokes with brush and palette knife. In my work I try to convey the sensuality, transience and originality of natural phenomena.
