Halyna Petrychenko

I am excited to introduce myself to you as a painter who was born in Ukraine and has been passionate about art since childhood. My name is Halyna, and I have always been drawn to the world of painting. I graduated from the Donetsk art school, where I had the opportunity to develop my skills and explore different styles of painting. However, my preferred style is abstract Impressionism, which I use to express my deepest emotions and thoughts through my artwork. What set my painting apart is the unique cultural blend that I bring to them. Having spent time in the Caribbean, I have incorporated elements of both Ukrainian and Caribbean culture into my paintings, creating a distinctive style that reflects my experience and memories. My paintings are characterised by bold strokes and vibrant colours, using layering and blending techniques to create a sense of depth and movement. I strive to convey a sense of energy and life in my painting, transporting the viewer to another world.
