My work has exhibited widely in solo and group exhibitions at museums and galleries including; the Robert V. My paintings, collages, and mixed media works are in corporate and public collections including; the San Fernando Valley Metro Station, Van Nuys California; the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Torrance, California; the University of California, Riverside; NK. My work has been reviewed by The Los Angeles Times, Artscene, among other publication and in included in several catalogs and books. ARTIST STATEMENT: My work is about layers and I use nature, trees in particular, to symbolize humankind and life experiences. For me using the tree image is very personal and complex. A single tree has the power to represent the human condition, as we stand morally strong or physically frail, bending resiliently with the wind or succumbing to the storm. Above all else I want my work to present a sense of beauty and introspection.
