About The Artwork

The idea for this watercolor came as I was reading about a new theory of physics. The theory states that particles are arising constantly from a unified field. These particles are positive or negative and are interchangeable and can also enter back into the unified field and reemerge as a new particle with a different charge. One related theory was called the string theory. This image is a digitally created pencil and watercolor image . Lines and colors emerge out of the background and re enter the background. The color of the background was a discovery of a particular blue that seems to have originated in Venice during the Renaissance. The image was intended to be abstract but some of the lines start suggesting figures. I did not try to exaggerate this, in another painting I will. The work is signed and giclee printed with pigmented ink on a museum quality archival 320 gsm Arches watercolor paper. . Shipped in a tube.
