The face of a barely eight-year-old girl, with golden curls crowned by a sky-blue ribbon, serves as the crossroads between terror and luminosity. Her eyes, vast as the heavens, sparkle in a celestial radiance, yet her gaze conveys an unfathomable terror, as if she had glimpsed the darkest mysteries of the universe. In those eyes, the duality of childhood unfolds: innocence colliding with the abyss of the unknown. Her lips, painted in crimson red, constitute an open wound on the canvas, as if passion and anguish intertwined in a tragic kiss. The sensation of spilled blood evokes an internal conflict, the struggle between the child's soul and the inevitable arrival of maturity. The brushstrokes, gestural and separate, compose a chaotic dance of emotions on the canvas's white background, as if the girl were torn between light and darkness. Each stroke appears as a prayer, a quest for answers amidst the mystery of life. In its entirety, this work is a poetic testament to human duality, where terror and beauty, innocence and experience, converge in a portrait that delves into the deepest recesses of the child's psyche, reminding us that art can explore the abysses of emotion and perception

Argentina
Pablo Nahuel Vidal Quinteiro is an Argentine hyperrealist visual artist and painter. He was born in Remedios de Escalada in 1994. The son of a teacher mother and an engineer father, Pablo Quinteiro inherited his love for painting from his maternal grandmother, who also encouraged him to pursue the path of visual art. From a young age, he began to draw and immerse himself in the teachings of local teachers and artists. At the age of 15, he enrolled in the "Luis Ordoñez" drawing school, from which he graduated after three years. There, he learned to master different techniques such as acrylic, watercolor, and pastel. Since then, Pablo started to explore the world of painting on his own. He learned to paint in oil, and the level of detail in his paintings led him to exhibit in various exhibitions and competitions in different areas of Greater Buenos Aires and the Federal Capital. Inspired by artists like Rembrandt, Vermeer, Casey Baugh, and Mike Dargas, Pablo studied various styles and developed a keen interest in realism, which, over the years, evolved into his passion for hyperrealistic art. In his most recent works, he decided to experiment with more rustic and passionate brushstrokes; however, he continues to preserve the essence and quality that characterize him.
