ABOUT THE ARTWORK

This work was created by combining the baby's face and flow. The baby's face, with its eyes closed and smiling, symbolizes innocence and inner happiness. The shape that seems to extend above the baby's head is reminiscent of the flow of water and expresses the unpredictable changes in life. The title ‘Dreaming Flow’ captures the pure appearance of a baby and the ever-changing flow of life. It symbolizes change as flexible and natural as the movement of water, and the baby's face seems to accept such change. Through this work, I wanted to visually express the innocence and unpredictable changes of a baby. A baby's smile is more than just happiness; it represents deep inner stability. Through the cute, sleeping face of a baby, we wanted to emphasize the small happiness that can be felt in everyday life and the beauty of moments encountered in the flow of life. Additionally, this piece can also function as an incense holder, providing both practicality and aesthetic elements.
