Aira Choi is a Seoul-based artist who creates dreamlike paradises where a small figure journeys through timeless landscapes in search of an oasis.
Her work features symbolic animals, including white leopards with heart-shaped noses, representing a world of peace, love, and quiet harmony.
Inspired by childhood memories and nature, her paintings invite viewers into lush, intimate worlds filled with rich color and delicate detail.
Using custom-made palette knives, she builds layered oil paintings with vivid textures and movement.
Her works are collected for their emotional depth and calming yet vibrant presence.
