Francisca Del Sol

A window becomes an invitation when light and shadow intersect through its surface. I take this attitude on canvas to light up perception, moving across the surface with brushes, pigments, the trace, the intensities, texture, and the pore—seeking the certainty of matter over explanation.

Between surface and matter, an atmosphere of possibility. I look for that horizon where form might yield, to become presence.
