Light Unbound is a series of abstract photographs made after dark, when cities stop being solid and start behaving like light. I have spent more than a decade working behind cameras in live television, where every frame must be sharp, stable and under control. At night, with my own camera, I do the opposite: I move it on purpose. Through long exposures, intentional camera movement, zoom bursts and panning, towers become orbits, facades become brushstrokes and traffic becomes music. Nothing in these images is generated by software; every line of light was recorded in a single exposure, in front of a real place, at a real moment. The architecture is still there, but it no longer stands still. Light Unbound is about that threshold, the instant where the city we recognise dissolves into pure color, rhythm and energy. Each work is printed as a limited edition.
