I stand as a guardian of classicism, drawing inspiration from the rich heritage of realism. In the strokes of my brush, I capture the essence of simplicity, paying homage to the authentic stories embedded in the mundane.

In the tapestry of art, I weave the threads of simplicity, embracing the profound beauty found in the ordinary. My canvas breathes life into timeless tales, depicting the allure of old towns, unembellished still lifes, and the portraits of everyday souls.

Within the intricate architecture of an ancient city, I discover narratives etched in weathered stones and hidden alleys. My palette unveils the charm of simplicity, painting portraits that echo the dignity and character of ordinary individuals.

- From 1978 to 1982 - studying at the art school in Glodeni, Moldova.

-From 1982 to 1986 - studying at the painting and pedagogical department of the I.E. Repin Art School (Chisinau, Moldova).

- From 1989 to 1995 - studying at the Department of Fine Arts, specializing in Interior Design, at the State Institute of Arts (Master of Art/ Chisinau, Moldova).



In my youth, everyone dreams of financial stability. In my native country, painting couldn't provide a decent living, so it remained for me as a sort of meditation, despite dedicating 14 long years to deep immersion in learning and mastering the craft. At the beginning of my career, I simply worked as an interior designer, where every day was filled with construction sites and projects. Painting during those years was nothing more than soulful relaxation, an opportunity to immerse myself in the world of colors and forms after a tense working day.

But life presented unexpected trials, reminding of its unpredictability. Physical problems became a signal that nothing lasts forever and that it's important to listen to one's true desires and calling.
