Eliane Joly

Born in France,studied drawing, painting and arcitecture at the Beaux Arts de Paris.
lived in California since the late 70s, raised a family, taught Art, French and Special Education for more than 20 years.
I often visit my family in France but always want to be back in the US, as it has been a country that I love for a long time now, a fascinating country with so many facets, that I want to paint as much as I can, as well as I want to paint France. Two countries, going back and forth, and trying to depict and represent the stunning beauty of France and America.

Studied Plastic Arts and Architecture at the Beaux Arts de Paris. Diplome Superieur d'Art Plastiques.
Master in Education from Holy Names college.
