Twiggy Sh

Twiggy is a landscape and waterscape painter, and an owner of an art concept.

Born in the green land of Lebanon and coming from a family of artists, Twiggy showed love for art at 12 years old.

In 2002 she graduated from the American University of Beirut with a BA in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology. She started her career in Dubai and by 2009 she was the Training & Development Manager of one of the biggest conglomerates in Qatar.

Soon Twiggy's love for art caught up with her and she went back to studying online for a MA in Fine Arts at the Academy of Arts in San Francisco. In 2016, Twiggy went back to Lebanon and opened an art space that gathered artists and art lovers of all ages and branches of art. Four years later the country's political and economical situation took a steep turn, and Twiggy took her family back to Qatar where she is currently practicing her art and running her mobile art concept.

Throughout these last years of painting and experimentation, Twiggy found her voice in art with nature being her main motivator and inspiration.

Recently, she has been infatuated by water in nature. Whether painting with brushes, knives or her fingers, she allows the dance of light and reflection...
