Collage: playing with images
I aways liked collages. They give you the opportunity to create worlds of your own, by moving the elements on the board like in a game of chess, or in a puzzle. And if you are good at that game, those images from miscellaneous sources will suddenly click together forming an unexpected but satisfying image. Since those elements never fit perfectly, the images they produce are often grotesque, surreal, and funny. Nothing makes me laugh like a good collage.
