Trees, rocks and oceans,

space and freedom ,

joy and enlightenment,

dance, movement and emotions,

cultivating and sharing joy and beauty with people,

the ever changing dance of the seasons,

simple and peaceful living in connexion with nature and respect of our natural environment,

are what makes me feel alive.
