requires framing to be properly framed. The structure is open ended on three sides buttressed impossibly by one turning wall wrapping along the rear and supporting a cantilevered roof like the number 7. Not so much a house as a sprawling kiosk wherein interior and exterior exist together and not at all. Guests in the house mingle between trees and lamps on prickly Saint Augustin grass and polished parquet flooring. They let their dog roam off leash and the cur menaces the narrator with snarling smiles while advancing underfoot. With your back to the house you can see the freeway on which passing cars float above their shadows and briefly reflect you standing dumbfounded.. The kiosk (is it supposed to be a home?) also can be glimpsed in fleeting fragments of glass and chrome and you puzzle over the reasoning and the proximity of fumes and noise for turning back to the large open faced abode you note affluence with accents of good taste upholstering the refracting vision. Perhaps its better to hold this homeward view since the other way doesn't make a lick of sense. That said to enter the indoor outdoor domicile is to get in between frontal glass and painted backside of a mirror. One asks(not sure who) is this all there is to reflection; transparency arrested by opacity? The dog bites at the narrator's ankles before he, or she i dont know what they look like, can answer the question about the...what was it I was talking about? Why am I whispering? A guest, it wasn't me or the narrator(true story), left water running in a bathroom sink, there are several bathrooms but this one is flooded so much so that the puddling blue ooze on the white tile reflects the sink and toilet
