About The Artwork
I am Russian and I cannot use my Russian bank card in Europe. Now it's just a piece of plastic. This is a time of paradoxes, what we usually save and use as a tool to get money, now is a tool for mixing paints. I painted this picture only using this card, choosing colors that express my feelings about the war and the sanctions and how everyone is suffering from it. Finally, I secured the card to the canvas by gluing it with paint. I think it's a strong picture that reflects the present.

I was born in the Soviet Union in 1987, in a city on the banks of the Volga River called Cheboksary. Having started my artistic path at the age of 13, I am an artist with 20 years of experience. During this time I traveled a lot, having visited and lived in 35 countries of the world. I successfully sold paintings in Chile and Argentina, South America, where my personal exhibition was organized. My paintings settled in the houses of South America, Europe, Israel, Russia.
