I was born in the year 1968 in a small picturesque hilly town Guwahati in Assam, the north eastern part of India.

Creating art is a transformative practice that is necessary for self exploration and acceptance. I am primarily a self-taught artist and I paint because the act of doing so helps me to heal and carry through the traumas of life. I find painting to be enormously therapeutic.

I began sketching when i was five years old and during my childhood my parents would use to take me to museums where I used to sit in front of the statues and draw. Besides figures, still life and landscapes would also used to attract my attention.

I always wanted the freedom to express my thinking by visualizing out of the box, experimenting with different mediums, innovations on subjects real, surreal or abstract. Over the next decade, I would continue to keep my passion for working in oil besides, acrylic, pastels and watercolor.

I have taught myself new techniques using layers of bright color palettes and love to do experiment in innovative mediums, upgraded my materials and canvas sizes, upgraded my studio and began to reproduce commissioned works on European maestros like Van Gogh, Picasso, Dali, Monet, Caravaggio, Da Vinci etc. ...

I have completed my graduation in Science. I have also completed PG Diploma in Applied and Visual Arts from Academy of Fine Arts, Kolkata and also, PG Diploma in Advertising Management from the south Indian city Bangalore as well.

I've participated several state level, international & local gallery level art exhibitions, like Indo-Nepal Art exhibition in May 2022, Indo- Bangladesh art exhibition in April 2022, exhibition in Viswa Bharati University 2019 The official India national level art exhibition, 2020 apart from Burlington Gallery Art Exhibition, London in 2008, Chelsea Agora Art Gallery exhibition in 2012 & CIMA art exhibition in 2013 and Govt College of Art & Crafts and various road exhibitions.

I am also doing commissioning of arts as per the collector/ buyer requirements and choices. 100% satisfaction is guaranteed.

I like to work primarily in oil, then water color and acrylic apart from ink and dry pastels, color pencils, fuji color and pens.

I can also produce exactly a copy of any original artwork even from old or renaissance period as it is in its real form.

While making portraits, I never use graphical scales to make a portrait, but you will hardly find any difference between the real form and the portrait where perspectives and dimensions remain accurate using my visual acuracy process.

I can also work on ruined or damaged/ worn- out old images using Fuzi color touch technique to bring back its original vibrancy and life.
