My name is Irina. I am self-taught artist and I am glad to share my love for art with you. Original watercolor and oil paintings are my favorite job!
My artist journey is a self-taught way, one example of hard work, belief in what you do, and the ability not to give up, to work every day painstakingly and diligently.

I live near the Baltic Sea and like to paint seascapes most of all in my small studio flat in Riga, Latvia. I also like to paint bright flowers and bouquets, landscapes, and seasons time of my home country. What's so special about my paintings?
For watercolor paintings I use pure water from Latvia's Saltavots Spring, whose water brings my watercolors a fuzzy, velvety texture. Each of my watercolor paintings has the natural energy of crystal clear water.

Latvia has amazing springs. The water from the icy Saltavots spring, located in a river valley one kilometer from the borders of Sigulda, is really so cold that it burns your lips and throat. You can safely drink water from it - the water has passed through natural filters and it is free of impurities.
