Jociele Lampert lives and works in the city of Florianópolis, southern Brazil. Since 1999 studying visual arts and research on the theme of landscapes. During the year 2013 developed the series of works "My Manhattan" the city of New York. Paintings are oil on canvas and fine art printing, which provides a realistic character painting. Also developed another series of paintings, provieniente their artistic Residence at Vermont Studio Center (EUA), titled "For Hopper with love." Dr. Jociele Lampert, developed research as a visiting scholar at Columbia University Teachers College in New York City under Fullbright's visiting scholar award (2013), where she did her post-doctorate entitled: "ARTIST'S DIARY AND PROFESSOR'S DIARY: ROAMINGS ABOUT PAINTING EDUCATION". Doctorate in Visual Arts from ECA/USP (2009); Masters in Education from UFSM (2005) where she was awarded a Capes scholarship. Bachelors in Drawing and Plastic Arts with emphasis in Painting from Federal University of Santa Maria (2002) and licenciate degree in Drawing and Plastic Arts from Federal University of Santa Maria (2003). Associate Professor at Santa Catarina State University. Internship coordinator at CEART/UDESC (2006-2009); Department Chair for the Visual Arts Department DAV/CEART/UDESC (2009-2011); PIBID/CAPES/UDESC coordinator in Visual Arts (2011-2012). Works in the Visual Arts Masters program at PPGAV/UDESC in the Art Education Research Area and in the Visual Arts undergraduate program at DAV/UDESC. Member of the Study and Research Group in Art, Education and Culture UFSM/CNPq.
