born 1947 in Jettingen-Scheppach (Bavaria), working and living in Waldenbuch. Since 1998 working as a freelance artist and as a teacher of drawing and painting.Founding member of the association of Kultur am Kelterberg Vaihingen e.V. "We are mostly impressed by the Faroff, the Unknwon. We drive and fly round the world to appease our longing for the outlands. We built huge hotels and golf courses looking for a virgin nature. And we are hardly interested in what we know. But what would we see, when we watch the world with the eyes of an alien? Skyscraper and deep tunnels, broad streets and runways cutting through meadows and forests? Nights almost as bright as the day? What would us disgust and what attract? Every small fleck of earth would be new and unknown. We would try to discover the secret of the earth and probably get lost in her beauty. We would realize that we also are part of nature, and that we are submitted to the same principles, We would understand, that it is worth protecting as well as our own life is worth protecting. I try nothing else but cross the world like an alien to recognize her and find out, who we are in this world. Therefore I have to change my kind of seeing."
