Geometric patterns that the Roman emperor didn't like Painting

My name is Maria Karaicheva. I'm an artist, storyteller, and art historian. As an art historian, I include lots of different references to different periods and styles in my work, especially medieval carnival culture, surrealism, and the avant-garde. As a writer, I create images that can't be conveyed in words. As an artist, I pay attention to what's going on around me because everything is connected. There's a constant dialogue between surface and light, time and space, man and society, state, nature, universe, and God. I think my job is to hear it and transmit it, to connect the viewer to it. That's what I'm here for. This is my conversation with the viewer. I want to find my people and talk to each other. However when I'm writing and drawing, I don't really need anything. I feel great with my characters.
