Mixed media artist and Illustrator Andy Bridge was born in 1965 and currently lives and works in France. He graduated in Illustration from Brighton Polytechnic in 1989, and shortly after worked within the creative hub of Great Western Studios in London until 2004. Painting primarily with household emulsion onto wood and metal his oeuvre also explores 3D, print using stencils and book jacket design. Since 1995 he has produced over 350 book cover illustrations for major publishers including, Random House, Penguin and Bloomsbury. Andy received the 'Man Booker Prize Winning Cover Illustration' award for Life of Pi by Yann Martel in 2002, and 'Bring Up The Bodies' by Hilary Mantel in 2012.
