Mandre was born in Vilnius in 1986. The painting studies at Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, which was started in October 2005, forced rather look his own way than to follow in the others footsteps. Mandre road to the creating winded through various areas in which his talent was unfolding in a new ways and encouraged to continue looking. Mandre formed a very peculiar manner of painting, connecting the different fields of art – realism and pop art, and the different areas – painting, mosaic and collage.
Mandre paintings have vibrant style and recognizable, surprising in a thoroughness and precision, technique. The totality is created of the fragments – pixels, puzzle pieces, geometric shapes painted with precision.
