Khalil Ahmed

Khalil is a visual artist who specializes in painting (oil) and occasional digital art. He's been in his creative practice for nearly 3 years now. He often mixes figurative and abstract shapes to relate it to his subject and believes that there is no edge between imagination and production. His paintings respond to his experiences as a black/ African, refugee/ immigrant, and Muslim man in America mostly through contemporary social and political issues.
