Jacki Welch

Jacki grew up in Bedford in England. In 2008 she made the decision to move to New Zealand after falling in love with the land and its people during an extended holiday. Her work can be found in private collections across NZ, Australia, North Americca and Europe.

Now a full time artist, Jacki loves nothing more than exploring the coast and countrside, gathering reference material and painting on location with artist friends. 

'I love how painting has changed my viewpoint. I see details, colours, value relationships that I never noticed before. It's a whole new world and I want to capture it all'
