Marcin Sznajder

Marcin Sznajder is a visual artist and photographer whose work is rooted in silence, light, and contemplation.
For over forty years he has been observing nature through photography, and for more than twenty-five years he has been painting across various techniques and formats.
He created his own artistic language called OMART — a style focused on inner calm, harmony, and subtle emotional resonance. His works often explore dawns and sunsets, water and reflections, forests, open landscapes, and the quiet presence of the human figure, especially women, as part of nature rather than separate from it.
Inspired by places such as the Augustów Forest and coral reefs beneath the ocean surface, his art invites the viewer into a state of stillness, meditation, and gentle awareness.

Marcin Sznajder has presented his photography and paintings in numerous individual and group exhibitions.
For many years, he maintained a permanent exhibition space in the Augustów Forest, in the village of Płaska.
His works have been shown in galleries in Warsaw, across Europe, and internationally, and are held in private collections worldwide.
