Born, raised and educated in New York, photography enabled me to escape the busy urban environment. Currently living at the base of Mount Shasta, my art now reflects my life.
My photography is a reflection of my continuing fascination with the dynamic world surrounding us. I focus on displaying an indefinable simplicity, in an otherwise complex environment. The basic language behind my work involves the patterns of form, texture, color and composition enhanced by natural light. The ambiguity of the images aims to stimulate individual interpretation.
