Adam Attew

The inspiration of mountains, forests, valleys, waterfalls, huts and cabins of Alpine regions have driven Adam to paint. The diverse seasons and constant evolution of colour, light and mood of the mountains is possibly one of the most extreme and inspirational artist’s muses for Adam.
Before he could walk and talk and throughout his childhood Adam was taken to visit the Alps every Summer and Winter, so a love for the mountains grew from a very early age. Over the years this has become a passion, fueled only by more exploration and capturing the experiences on canvas.
These days regular visits to the mountains take place with skis in the Winter and hiking boots in the Summer, but always armed with a sketchbook and Camera. Adam has taken to ski touring to access more and more remote and varied scenery and landscapes in the Alps and to continue his exploration and love affair with the Mountains.
Adam also holds the BASI Alpine level 2 Ski instructor and the BASI Telemark level 1 qualifications.
