Jennifer Aka Nafshi Mullings

Nafshi, is the artist name of my company, and my marriage name. Born in London, and now reside in North Carolina, currently residing in Orlando Florida also. I am a contemporary artist and designer. Nafshi is here to enhance the world and people’s lives directly with big, bold, color, conveying fun, inspiration, and creativity . My body of work reflects the elements of design using abstract shape and texture, balance,form, and space. My paintings evoke a spiritual, and emotional, journey of my life. My back drop is extensive from the 1980s working with artists such as Jean Michel Basquiat , Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, and designers Betsey Johnson, Mark Ruffin, Stephen Sprouse, along with photographer Bruce Weber, and shoe designer Manolo Blahnik,, Stylest Patricia Field,To present day . I won an Emmy award for the mother goose spoof working for Patricia Field. Present day I am receiving a MDA degree in media design for Full Sail University. And for the following year I will be taking film and directing at Full Sail University.The most recent my installation piece of Patricia Field made the cover of vanity fair. This is the second vanity, fair magazine cover I’ve worked with.

Present day received an MDA degree in media design at Full Sail University and currently obtaining a MFA a masters in film and directing. My artwork of Patricia Field at the Miami artisan make the cover of Vanity Fair, this is the second cover I have worked on with Patricia Field and Vanity Fair.

I have achieve a bachelors degree of fine arts from Fayetteville State University. I won the chancellors scholarship while I was in my last semester , also achieved the Dean’s list, I also represented Fayetteville State University for the artist alliance for the HBCU exhibiting Jonah and the whale. I sold my first art work it was Titled “EVE” it was any apple
